For almost 80 years, our office, called Mountain Dental PC since 1996, has been a trusted name for cutting edge family dentistry in Lander, WY. Our practice is locally owned and operated by Dr. Todd Sutton. Currently operating out of two locations in Lander and Dubois, WY, Dr. Sutton and Dr. Derrick Hinkle, along with their dedicated team, provide a full range of dental services to meet all of your oral healthcare needs.
We truly enjoy providing dentistry to our friends and neighbors in this area. Because our Doctors and Staff continually educate themselves on the best methods and materials available, you and your family can expect high-quality treatment from our practice for everything from routine cleanings, root canals, crowns and bridges, dentures, and fillings to advanced procedures such as implant placement and restoration, and cosmetic dentistry.

DENTIST
Mountain Dental was originally founded in Lander, WY in the 1940s. Dr. Whiting bought the practice in 1964, and in 1973, he moved it to its current location. Dr. Todd Sutton came into the practice with Dr. Whiting in 1994. They worked together for six years until Dr. Whiting retired in 2001.
In 2012, we expanded our practice to a second location in Dubois, WY. Dr. Sutton and Dr. Hinkle spend one day a week working with the people of that wonderful town. As our practice has grown, so has our staff. In 1994, Mountain Dental had a staff of three — one hygienist, one chairside assistant, and one front desk assistant.
We currently have a staff of 10: four hygienists, four chairside assistants, and two front desk assistants. Don’t forget to visit our Facebook!

Over the years, our doctors and staff have found that by using the best materials and equipment, and consistently performing high quality work, we reduce the cost of treatment. Remakes and corrections are expensive for an office.
Because of this savings, we are able to pass this savings onto the patient and maintain our fees at very reasonable levels. These levels are below the average for our area.
