We put the patient’s needs and expectations first at our office. If the patient is not happy with all aspects of the treatment, then we have not succeeded to the degree we desire. Over the years, our doctors and staff have found that by using the best materials and equipment, and consistently performing high quality work, we reduce the cost of treatment.

Remakes and corrections are expensive for an office. Because of these savings, we can pass these savings on to the patient and maintain our fees at very reasonable levels. These levels are below the average for our area.

Mountain Dental has provided a full range of dental services for over 70 years. As a locally owned and operated practice, we are committed to our patients with personalized treatments. Our goal is to provide patients of all ages with the care they need to improve their oral health.

New Patient Forms

To save time before your appointment, we kindly ask that you download and complete the Patient Forms provided below. By filling out these forms in advance, you can help streamline the check-in process and ensure that we have all the necessary information to provide you with the best possible care.

Insurance

We are providers with Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming. We also accept Equality Care and KidCare at our office. You authorize payment directly to the dentist or dental group of insurance benefits otherwise payable to you.

You understand that your dental care insurance carrier or payer of your dental benefits may pay less than the actual bill for service and that you are financially responsible for payment in full of all accounts.

As a courtesy to our patients we process your insurance. Please let us know if you have any questions about your insurance coverage; and let us know how we can help to make your entire dental experience a pleasant one.

Payment Options

The cost of your treatment may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment plan.

Payment at the time of service by cash, check or credit card is expected. A discount of 5% will be given to those who pay in full, at the time of service, by cash or check. A 3% discount will be given for credit card payment. Discounts are not applicable for those with outstanding balances, which require billing. We accept the following credit cards.
